The event is open to the public. Some activities may have specific age or skill level requirements.
No prior registration is required for most activities. However, certain tournaments or competitions may have limited spots and require sign-up on the day.
The event will be held at Events Park at the University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST). Enter through any of the gates and the security will guide you to the designated parking.
The event runs from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with different activities scheduled throughout the morning.
Participants can enjoy a variety of sports and fitness activities, including:
- Football Tournament
- 3x3 Basketball
- Beach Volleyball
- Cricket Challenge
- Athletics Challenge
- Family Walk/Run
- Fitness Obstacle Course
- Padel, Tennis, and Badminton (Tri It Series)

- Spin Fit Class and Free Games Zone
Yes, participants are encouraged to wear comfortable sportswear and appropriate footwear for the activities. Bringing a cap and sunscreen is recommended for outdoor activities.
As UDST is a diverse and inclusive community, attendees are advised to ensure their attire is respectful of cultural norms, while still allowing ease of movement for sports and fitness activities.

Health & Safety Guidelines
At UDST, the safety and well-being of all participants are our top priorities. To ensure a secure and enjoyable experience, we ask all attendees to follow these essential guidelines.
The National Sport Day event will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine. In case of rain, activities will be relocated indoors to the Multipurpose Hall (Building 22).
A first aid station with trained medical personnel will be available on-site. Participants needing assistance should visit the First Aid Station or seek help from event staff. Hydration stations will be provided, and attendees are encouraged to bring refillable water bottles and take breaks as needed.
For outdoor activities, sun protection is recommended, including sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses. Anyone feeling unwell should stop the activity and seek assistance.
To maintain a safe and positive environment, all attendees must follow the instructions of event staff and adhere to safety regulations. Participants are expected to engage in activities responsibly and treat others with respect and courtesy
