The Peer Tutoring Program offers an invaluable opportunity for students facing challenges in specific courses to receive assistance at no cost. This program facilitates tutoring sessions, led by high-achieving students who have earned a minimum grade of 80% in the respective course. Please note that the selection of courses for tutoring may vary each semester to cater to the evolving needs of students. The Peer Tutoring Program extends its support to courses across all Colleges. The Peer Tutoring Program offers three (3) categories of tutoring sessions: Drop-in, Individual and Group Tutoring.

The number of hours tutors are allocated correlates with the tutor's training level. UDST offers 4 levels of training: novice, Beginner, intermediate, and Advanced. Each level provides tutors privileges including the opportunity to do more hours.

No, all tutors are paid by the UDST. If a tutor asks you for payment, contact the Academic Learning Support Specialist.
