World Teachers' Day 2023

UDST Students Give Thanks on World Teachers' Day with Gratitude Tree

On the 5th of October, we commemorated World Teachers' Day, a special occasion to express our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated educators who play an integral role in our UDST community.

To mark this event, the Student Engagement Department organized a remarkable Gratitude Tree. Students graciously filled this symbolic tree with notes of deep appreciation for their educators. This beautiful gesture was on display in Atrium 2 throughout the month, serving as a visual testament to the immense gratitude our campus community holds for its educators.

In addition, students had the opportunity to visit the Student Engagement Teachers' Day booth, where they could pick up apples accompanied by notes. These apples were meant to be presented as tokens of appreciation to their instructors, further reinforcing the profound respect and admiration we have for our teaching staff.

World Teachers' Day allowed us to acknowledge and celebrate the invaluable contributions of our educators, and we extend our gratitude to all who participated in these thoughtful expressions of appreciation.
