A flat fee of QAR 180 (approximately 49.99 USD$) is charged as a commitment to participation for all categories of audience (students, academics, and corporate). The fee is kept low to encourage wider participation across geographical regions, from academia and industry.

Note: The registration fee can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of the initial registration. After that, cancellations can be made with a 50% penalty until 19 Sep 2024 and a 90% penalty until 19 Oct 2024.
