How to Apply

Before you apply for admission to UDST, here's how you can prepare:

Research all programs offered at UDST by visiting our program page.
Check the application deadlines.
Familiarize yourself with the admission requirements for your desired program.
Make sure you meet the admission requirements of the program to which you are applying.

After submitting your application for admission to UDST, you will receive an email from us with your UDST user number. After about 1-2 weeks, you will receive another email with log in information for Online Self-Service and UDST Student Email. Make sure to log in frequently to check on your application status and to follow up on outstanding items.

Steps for submitting an application to UDST

1. Check the application deadline

Check the application deadline and program offered by visiting the Application Deadlines page.

2. Prepare the required documents

Copy of the official high school grade report (Grade 12)
Copy of the Passport
Copy of the Qatari ID

3. Submit and pay application fees

Fill and submit the application through the University website.
To complete the application submission, a non-refunded application fee of 300 QR must be paid.

4. Book the placement test

Once payment is made, you will be directed to select your preferred placement test date.

5. Check your application status online

You may check the application status 5 working days after submission by visiting the website.
