His organization, Wolfram Research, provides high-end solutions and innovative tools for modern computational requirements. Wolfram champions the concept of Computer-Based Math, replacing hand calculations with computer utilization, thus "democratizing expertise." Wolfram's approach aligns with the real-world application of mathematics, making the subject more practical and conceptual while decreasing its mechanical aspects.

Dr. Olivier Pieume Chief of the UNESCO-UNEVOC Technical Cooperation Unit Team Leader for the Network Secretariat Dr. Olivier Pieume is Chief of the UNESCO-UNEVOC Technical Cooperation Unit. The Unit coordinates UNESCO-UNEVOC’s work related to technical assistance and capacity building. The Unit also leads technical cooperation and collaborations with partners willing to work in synergy with UNESCO-UNEVOC to provide support to UNESCO’s Member States in the field of TVET and skills development. Olivier Pieume is also Team Leader for the UNEVOC Network Secretariat. |

Max Tunon Head of ILO Office in Doha Mr. Max Tunon is the head of the ILO Office in Doha. The ILO has been working closely with the Government of Qatar on a comprehensive labour reform agenda since 2018. He was previously a Technical Specialist in the Office, leading the program’s components on wage protection, labour inspection and occupational safety and health. From 2016 to 2018, Mr Tunon was the Labour Migration Specialist for South Asia, based in the ILO Sub-regional Office in New Delhi. There he supported policy formulation on the governance of labour migration, in six countries and at the regional level, including through research, capacity building and consultative platforms with governments and social partners. |

Dr. Anasse Bouhlal Higher Education and TVET Programme Specialist at UNESCO Regional Office for the Gulf States and Yemen Anasse has worked in TVET and Higher Education for the past 25 years in Finland and other EU countries. Before joining higher education, he worked in the fields of industry. He was recently transferred to Doha from the Beirut Office, where he served since 2017 as the Regional Programme Specialist in Higher Education for the Arab States. He also had a year assignment at HQ in Paris. During this period, Anasse collaborated closely with Ministries of Higher Education, National Commissions, RCEP, and universities in GCC countries and globally. In previous periods Anasse spent 4 years working for the Ministry of Higher Education in the Sultanate of Oman, Muscat, as Director of the Engineering Programs. In Finland, he worked as a Principal at the University of Tampere (TAMK) where he was involved, among other things, in quality assurance, digital transformation, Research and Innovation, and the Internationalisation of HEIs in the Euro-Med Region. He was elected Member of the Management Board and Senate of the Euro-Mediterranean University in Slovenia. Anasse has also been a visiting Professor at the Bordeaux School of Management and Le Havre University in France for several years. Anasse is a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Finnish Institute in the Middle East. Anasse is a holder of a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences and speaks Arabic, French, Finnish, English, and Russian. |

Kishore Kumar Singh Kishore Kumar Singh works as an external collaborator with the ILO to provide technical support in the area of skills and employability in the countries covered by its Regional Office of Arab States. He served the ILO from 2014 to 2023 as Senior Skills Specialist and Chief Technical Adviser of skills programs. Before joining the ILO, he worked in a range of organizations including UNDP, CARE International and GIZ. He has worked extensively on skills reform with focus on promoting future skills, lifelong learning, and inclusion. Currently, he has been supporting ILO constituents in the region on a range of skills initiatives such as policy development, skills governance and skills and lifelong learning systems with focus on growing sectors of green and digital economy. |
