As a Human Resources Management major at the University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST), I have had the privilege of receiving a forward-thinking education that aligns closely with Qatar’s labor market needs and the strategic objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030. "So far, this program has helped me to comprehend the various functions and responsibilities of the Human Resources department. Even though I was employed as an Administration Services HR associate, I was focused on my particular duties and responsibilities and was not familiar with the responsibilities of other functions.
